Feed drops frequently

  • Looks nice when it’s working. Then the feed drops, on a regular basis. I usually just reauthenticate to get a new FB verification code, which is a PITA, but works.

    Thanks for the feedback, and sorry to hear about the issue here. I’m wondering if it’s due to the type of Access Token you’re using in the plugin, as regular tokens from the plugin should never expire. This should be something we can easily resolve for you once we find out more information. Would you be willing to submit a support ticket on our website with your “System Info” from the plugin? That way we can determine why you’re experiencing this issue and hopefully get it resolved permanently for you.
