When setting up the feed, I have g:title set to “Product name hyphen” and this works. But I want to use another Value that is for custom variation names. It is:

    _afwssv_variation_title

All of my variations have this, as shown in this screenshot:

All my products have this variable, and when I look for it in Field Mapping, it is easy to be found:

But, when I try to use it as a Value, the feed loses the “g:title” entirely, which makes me think it is coming back blank.

But it can’t be blank, as I can confirm on my product pages and in the database that the attribute exists and should give a Value.

    What am I missing?

    Cheers!
    Ryan

  • Hi Ryan,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

Did you check the drop-downs on the field mapping page to see if there is another attribute in there that could represent your product title’s? If so, please try out that one.

Now bear in mind, changes are that this might not work. I suspect you are using a 3th party plugin for these extra fields and especially for product variations values are sometimes stored as array’s instead of plain text. In that case our plugin won’t be able to retrieve the product names for it.

Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved or our support is no longer required I am going to close this topic for housekeeping reasons now. Please do not hesitate to reach out to our support-team again whenever you need our help.
