Feed consistently not generating full amount of products

Hi there the feedis consistently not generating all of the products from our catalog. We have tried to lower the batch sizeto 25, we have increased our PHP memory to 4gig. Our execution time is 120 seconds. We are on a dedicated server. However the problems persist. Please can you advise
