Feed broken – media file issue, Time data missing and more

I’m having PowerPress feed issues – please help.
My feed URL is https://www.nextfem.com/podcast/feed/ . I’ve confirmed on FeedValidator.org that there are problems, but some of the symptoms I’m seeing:
1) Last 3 episodes on iTunes show no Time data
2) A recent episode is loading as less than 1 second long in iTunes
3) My newest episode only has 3 downloads (vs. avg of about 250)Here it is on iTunes for reference: https://www.nextfem.com/itunes.
Would be super appreciative of any help.
