Feed Bio and Profile Picture Gone

    Hi,

    after upgrading to the newest version and re-linking my account, the Bio and Profile Image is gone. Cleared all caches, used [instagram-feed showbio=true] but did not come back.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey gouranga,

    Sounds like you were able to figure this out but I thought I would make a note in case anyone else is having this issue.

    The new API does not include the avatar and bio information for personal accounts. You can manually add your own avatar and bio info though on the “Customize” tab, “Header” section.

    You can also configure your Instagram/Facebook account to be a “Business” account and connect as a business account. This will allow you to automatically display the avatar and bio.
