• For several months I’ve been receiving unusual 404 URLs that end with “feed”. I don’t know where or why these URLs are appearing in 404 tab in Redirection admin. Any ideas how to track down? Thanks!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

You can use the referrer and IP information to try and figure more out about the client. For example, it may indicate that there is an incorrect link on one of your pages.

Alternatively it may indicate that the requests are coming from random bots and there is nothing you can do about it.

Ah… thanks! The “feed” URLs are referring from someone in Paris. So there’s not much I can do right? See https://www.diigo.com/item/image/53kq/9bm3 for screen capture. If it was from a broken link then it would be referring from some page on my site or another external site, correct? Thanks again.

If the referrer is from your own site then there may be a bad link somewhere. If it’s just a random client requesting a bad URL then no, there’s not much you can do and it’s not something to worry about
