fee settings

  • i installed paystack and i hovar over it i saw
    *All Forms
    *Add New
    *Settings

    in settings i saw
    *Test and
    *Live Mode

    Bellow i saw
    **Fee Settings

    Percentage 1.5

    Threshold (amount above which Paystack adds the fixed amount below) 2500

    Additional Charge(amount added to percentage fee when transaction amount is above threshold) 100

    Cap(maximum charge paystack can charge on your transactions) 2000

    please can someone help explain the fee settings i dont understand it. thanks
