fee not showing in cart

    I’ve set up the Payment Gateway fee as a global fee. It is not showing up at checkout. I’ve double checked the settings. what could I be missing?

    Thank you for sharing your website URL with us.

    I attempted to replicate the issue on my staging site by enabling only the ‘Global extra fee’ in our plugin settings. However, I was unable to reproduce the problem as the payment gateway fees were correctly applied on the checkout page.     I tested this scenario with version 2.13.0 of our plugin.

    Could you please provide screenshots of all the settings configured in our plugin on your site? This will help me better understand and replicate the issue.

    thanks for getting back to me. We ended up using a different plugin because of deadlines.
