'Fee' listed in Packing Slip?

    Hi! The only way to do this is to copy the invoice.php template to the packing-slip.php, because the Fee lines are not regular order items but part of the totals.
    If you use this to add items to an order that are not in your woocommerce catalogue, you may be interested in our plugin WooCommerce Quick Manual Products, which adds items as regular order items rather than a ‘fee’.
