Fedex Shipping Rates are Astronomical

    I’m using the standard version of the plugin. i have several items that are very small and don’t weigh much (like on the page indicated above). When you add 20 of these to the cart the shipping is off the charts it’s so high, like thousands of dollars and they are very small and weigh .056 lbs. I’m happy to set you up as a user if you would like to review our back end setup but we are losing customers due to the perceived high shipping costs. Any thoughts? our larger items are calculating correctly but the small items are not.

  • Hi Parker,

    The basic version has only individual packing option that is why your products are packed individually (20 products in 20 packages). For weight based packing and box packing methods you need to check out the premium version.
