  • Hi sandeep22,

    Since you are using the test mode, this error comes when you have incorrectly filled in the FedEx credentials.
    Kindly fill these fields with correct values and you will not face the problem of rates again :

    ‘FedEx Account Number”
    “Fedex Meter Number”
    “Web Services Key”
    “Web Services Password”.

    Also make sure that the checkbox “Production Key” is only checked when you are using live credentials and not test credentials.

    Also, if you are still facing this problem, can you please contact our support team and provide the details of the emails which FedEx has sent you. We will configure it for you.
