I have installed and activated the Shipping Live Rates for FedEx for WooCommerce. However at checkout, live rates are not displayed. It says “No shipping options were found for (country)”. When I go to Woocommerce -> Settings -> Shipping and go to the specific shipping zone I have created, I cannot see “Shipping Live Rates for FedEx” when I try to “Add Shipping Method”.

Any advice on how to make this plugin work will be greatly appreciated.

    Hello @thecottonshoppe,

Please note that in the free version of our plugin, we offer the global shipping method that you can set in plugin Settings. The possibility to add the shipping method in the zones is available in the paid version of this plugin, please see: https://octolize.com/product/fedex-woocommerce-live-rates-pro/

    Best regards,

    Hi Marta

I had managed to display the rates now in checkout.

Can I check if there are any difference in how the app works whether we use the global shipping method in free plugin or shipping zone method in paid version?

Does the plugin accurately pull out the corporate rates in our FedEx account? When I do a comparison, it seems like what appeared in WooCommerce checkout is at a much higher rate than the shipping rate offered in FedEx website.

    Hello @thecottonshoppe,

You can test the PRO version on our Demo site: https://demo.octolize.com/

The best way to check if the rates are correct is to compare them with the FedEx calculator on their website with the same settings.

    Best regards,
    Marta
