    Hello, I have tried your plugin on a site but fedex shipping method did not appear on checkout even there is a response available when I checked debug mode. Please check on site and guide me where I am doing wrong.

    Hi @abdulrazzaq4085,

    A few questions that will help with the analysis of this issue:

    Have you enabled FedEx global shipping method in the FedEx plugin settings?

    Is the API Connection Status – “OK”?

    A cart screenshot with debug mode enabled and the cart content can be useful. The debug mode, in addition to the API response,, will also show any errors that may cause the rates to be unavailable.
