Fedex doesn’t appear in the cart

I have already asked but my thread was deleted for some reason. I’ll ask again as my problem hasn’t been resolved yet.
I’m using the plugin, have a fedex account and have made it through the API connection status OK. However nothing appears on the cart, except the shipment method I’ve added through flexible shipping plugin.
The debug tool doesn’t show any error either at the moment.I’m a bit lost as to what I should be doing to fix this, I have read through the documentation and haven’t found anything to help me.
The shop is situated in Japan, if that changes anything.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
