    Huh. There is a support forum right here on www.remarpro.com. And there is free community support forum on the simple:press.com website as well. Plus for gold and silver license holders there are dedicated support forums on the simple:press site. None of these forums (free or premium) show any new posts from you. (And if you have a platinum license you also have access to a private ticket support system that bumps you to the head of the support queue.) So this review about not being able to access support is quite puzzling since there are multiple options for accessing both free and premium support.

    As far as known issues go, this is an open source project so all known issues for version 6.x are shown on github here: https://github.com/Simple-Press/simple-press/issues.

    I guess you didnt read it well. Okay then, I am going to give the support ‘ON HERE’ a go as the support system on your site is just confusing. And as said, my rating is upon the support, I dont expect you to give support out of your context, but if a basic dialogue about issues pertaining to simple press can be answered ill be more than willing to review my review. Because I have paid for something I almost have never used.And as at now, I am getting spam membership attacks registering and having access to my website via simple press because I HAVE to pay for captcha even through its built in on my site. So I will send my questions in the support forums. Thanks

    Ok, after spending time on the situation, i noticed I didnt receive the updates as i still had the old forums on my site, I didnt get a database update request as you had moved it to wordpress, so i also didnt get the alert there neither.

    apologies for the harsh review but you need to find a way to alert other users who might not have reinstalled it from wordpress. I have resolved all issues and noticed the seo is working perfectly.

    I still feel your communication methods need to be simplified more. payment or no payment. thanks
