Features understandment

Hi, we’d like to purchase the plugin for our client and I’d like to know if it has all the features we need.

Each user needs to have his own login (it’s preferred if the admin creates the username and password and share them by email with the user).
Each user has its own folder of files, the admin can share files and the user can upload the files in this folder with no other user except him to access.

Is there a limit of folders we can create for each users? We still don’t know how many users we will have.
