Hi, I wonder can’t your plugin hide things from the admin top bar when they’re not showing in the admin area but on the front-end such as:
“Edit with Elementor, the plus performance, wp-rocket” and others?

Because “edit with elementor” for example is shown just where we have a page created with elementor. I also want to know can you make it so the top bar hidden items are selected for specific users?

The last thing I wonder do you have a similar “user role” control system where you not only hide items but restrict the user to visit certain URI just like WLB for WordPress does. Thanks!

    Hi @bjordanov

    Thank you for your questions!

“Edit with Elementor, the plus performance, wp-rocket” and others?

Currently it can’t hide that kind of “dynamically” added elements. I mean – if it’s not constantly visible in Admin Bar (like Elementor’s “Edit with Elementor” which is only visible on front-end and only on those post/pages where Elementor is enabled) it won’t address them.

If a given element is normally always added to admin bar in back-end it should be possible to hide it, though it’s not “separate” for back- and front-end.

The last thing I wonder do you have a similar “user role” control system where you not only hide items but restrict the user to visit certain URI just like WLB for WordPress does.

There’s an “Admin Menu” module available in “Branda -> Admin Area” section which you can use to control access to back-end pages based on user-role. “Hidden” parts shouldn’t be available for those user-roles and an attempt to access them directly by using a direct URL should result in “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” message.

    Best regards,
    Adam

Thank you for your answer! I’m looking forward to see if your plugin is going to be improved in the near feature. It looks like it has a lot of potential and some interesting features. Still missing some core features WLB has but it’s definitely a plugin I’ll consider buying.
