Features of Visual Editor Missing

    I’m new to WordPress this week. It appears I am missing some features of my Visual Editor. This is what it looks like right now. https://prntscr.com/bvr9wf

    I found a plugin that has more functionality. This is what it looks like after I install the plugin: https://prntscr.com/bvrhbi

    And finally, this is what other’s visual editors look like: https://prntscr.com/bvrhn9.

    Does anyone know what I am missing? Why do I not see the paragraph area, underlines, etc?

    P.S. I have deactivated ALL plugins, I’m on the twentyfifteen theme and updated to WordPress 4.5.3.
