Features of premium

Hello,
I need to create a single booking calendar where bookings could be made by different managers. Each manager could see and and modify their own event.
They could see if a date is available, but should not see and modify the events they didn’t create. The admin should see and modify everything, and emailed on every modification.
Does your plugin premium license is a solution for this case ?
