features missing, some faults, support missing

  • It looks like this plugin is no longer maintained. Some – important – things are not working. E.g. having a conditional logic which disables the last filter in some cases will break the guide and customers will not see any results.

    Furthermore the Guide always shows only ONE result as the recommendation and any other matches far below under a new header. You have no influence what product shows up first.

    Hello,
    First of all, This plugin is maintained properly.

    The conditional logic is working correctly. We have created a card on your site and its working fine. The rest is you have setup on your own demand.

    You have missed the configuration, we have messaged you the way properly. but you cant.

    If you are unable to setup the guide properly, please take a deeper look to our videos.

    Don’t know what you mean with “on your site”?
    One more thing: Using the Submission Report Tracking spams wp_options with autoload entry which has an huge impact on performance. Only during testing we “collected” 300kB additional autoload load in wpguidant_submissions_data.
    Since the plugin seems to be well maintained please let us know as soon as this has been taken care of.

    We are sorry that you have taken it differently.
    Our submission tracking is totally depended on you. Means, if you need, you can use it, otherwise you can turn it off even you can clear existing submission reports.

    To disable submission tracking, go to your Guide Settings and then navigate to Advanced Settings.
