    I haven’t bought the Awesome Support yet because I would like to know if it has the following features:

    1. Can the client answer directly to the E-Mails or does he have to log in?
    2. If someone creates a ticket, will I get an email notification?
    3. Can I assign tickets to agents?
    4. Can I backup and restore my data?
    5. Can I adjust the rights of users/agents? readonly and stuff like that?

    A simple yes/no is sufficient ??
