Features does not turn on or off

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins, themes, and WordPress (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

If that does not help, you will need to contact your hosting and you can also read the following article:

The problem solved.
This is my hosting support team answer:

This issue had to be followed up from the server side, there was a security problem in the plugin in some older versions that caused some websites to be hacked and for this reason the our security team limited requests with the desired template related to This plugin.
that limitations now disabled.
