Features disabled even after payment…

  • Blohauthor Pro actually disabled Template editing, disabled the majority of my Gutenburg blocks element settings, and never even gave me access to the premium features that were advertised.

    I’ve paid for the features in the Theme Dashboard that previously said they were only available for “Pro”

    I’ve paid, installed, and activated the license… still no access.

    Just read your “refund rules” and it looks like you don’t refund users who find out that your theme’s features don’t work… I submitted a request about 6 hours ago… no response, site still doesn’t work.

    I’m pretty furious about it. Cost me $59 to get none of the features I need and absolutely no support.

    30 Hours later, no response… I’ve files a fraud event with Paypal since you clearly know your theme breaks WordPress Gutenberg and you clearly have no intention of offering the “Priority Support” that comes with this fraudulent theme.
