featured video in woocommerce products

    I wonder if anybody needed and experienced this before and if you can propose an answer:?
    On my ecommerce website there’s woocommerce as a wordpress plugin, also there’s mailpoet which sends a newsletter with the new products, by sending weekly?the new posts newsletter.
    Now, I want to change the visual aspect of the new products from a featured image to a featured video.?This is helped by a woocommerce extension which allows me to change the standard featured image into a featured video.
    I already put this question to the woocommerce team but they don’t know the answer:?If my products have only a featured video, what’s?displayed in my newsletter in the featured image box?

    Hi there @stoxx,

    Currently, videos are not supported in MailPoet newsletters/emails. There are various video/YouTube/other integration requests on our feedback board here, so it would be great if you could add your vote to any applicable ones to show your support:

    In the meantime though, if your products don’t have a featured image (just featured video), the email would likely just show the title without any image. That said, it would be best to test that out with your specific site/environment to make sure about that.
