Featured/rich snippets FAQ

I use the Elementor advanced accordeon for my FAQ. I can choose content or template as a source for the answers to the questions I post. However I am not sure what effect this would have on Google SEO. I presume posts would be best, because I can add tags to posts. According tot Essential addons who made this feature, they can not offer this option.

Any thoughts on this, on how to improve this page so as to make sure Google will use this in the future for featured and rich snippets?
