Featured posts with non-static front page?

  • First off, congratulations and thank you for a beautiful theme. I’m considering it for my site, but am trying to make sure I understand the documentation correctly. From reading the documentation, it looks like the featured posts only work with a static home page. Am I correct?

    I’m trying to do something similar to, for example, macstories.net, where they have 3 highlighted posts just below the menu bar and just above the start of the blog content.

    Thanks for any insight you can offer.

    Featured posts should work on the regular blog page, or a home page blog option that Expressions has for a Static Home Page.
