Featured Posts instead of Featured Pages?

Hi there, I’m interested in using this theme, but I need the Featured section to display blog posts rather than pages.

The instructions for setting up the free version of Catch Responsive on their home page say that the Featured Content section supports pages, posts, categories and image, but I can only access the pages from my customize menu.

Any help on this would be appreciated thanks!
