Featured Post Text Format Issue

I use the featured post and choose to allow the whole post to load up on the front page. In the last couple revisions, it seemed to stop formatting the text correctly. My post does not have the font size nor spacing I have set inside the actual post.

It looks all jumbled on the index page, yet nice and neat on the post page.
