"Featured Post" not working–HELP!–please…

  • “Featured Post” is not working. It is not showing up under “Screen Options”, or anywhere else!

    I’ve tried everything (except the one that works of course). I’ve read and tried a number of remedies posted in various replies, but nothing is fixing the problem! I can usually find my way around, but I’m really stumped on this one!

    I’ve even installed plugins–but they don’t work either.

    Your help and guidance is greatly appreciated!!!

    BTW, I am using WordPress 3.4.1., with theme: “Hummingbird” (from “Templatesold.com”).
