Featured Plugins Not Showing

Hi,

When I go to the Plugins page the page does not display any featured, Popular, Recommended plugins. Also, the search bar will not reply search for any plugins from the plugin directory. I have administrator access and I can see installed plugins but can’t search to install other plugins.
