Featured Panel no longer sliding

  • For some unknown reason, my Woo Headlines Featured Panel near the top of my page starting with “Criminal Background Checks” is no longer sliding. It has stopped dead cold and I cannot restart it.

    I searched my Plugin directory and cannot find any “Woo” plugin, in case this is a plugin that needs to be updated.

    I located my Woo Headlines in wp-admin/themes.php. It’s not a Plugin.

    I think my featured banner script might be corrupted. None of the 4 images to the right will change the banner either. It looks like I might need to reinstall the theme to fix the problem. featured.php in wp-admin/theme-editor.php appears to be the file that is likely corrupted.
