Featured Pages Image Not Expanding

    My website, https://www.obfessed.com homepage has the featured pages on the homepage. When I am logged into wordpress the featured pages images expand when hovered over, but when I am not logged in, they do not… Which seems very odd.

    OK, there’s always a symptom we need to eliminate first.
    1) Plugin Conflict
    Deactivate all plugins
    Test if OK
    If OK, reactivate plugins one-by-one to find the culprit
