Hi there,
this version of the theme has no option to edit the “powered by WordPress” off the footer, but you can hide it with CSS.
Same for the featured page titles and text, you can customize their appearance placing your custom CSS in Appearance -> Customize -> Advanced options -> Additional CSS.
You might want to inspect your webpage in your browser to get the right CSS selectors you need for that:
