I’m using the latest woocom 3.3.1, but after installing this plugin and setting an item to featured, it’s still not showing first on the shop page. I noticed this latest version of woocom has moved the display settings page of the products into the wordpress customizer. If I click the settings link for this plugin directly from the plugin page in the admin, I do see 3 checkbox options for it on the apparent old display page of woocom, but not the full info that I see in the screenshot on the main page of this plugin. Those boxes are all checked and I re-saved a couple times.

I did double check and the settings are definitely set to the default sort.

Appreciate your help on this.

I saw the update was ready and the settings are showing now. But the featured still aren’t showing first.

I tried unchecking, saving, then re-checking the settings just in case they hadn’t saved properly, but they’re still not coming up first.

Hello @dzynit,

In my testing environment it is working, Can you please send you admin login detail to Admin Dashboard > Featured Product First > Contact Us? So, I can debug issue at your site.

I’m experiencing the same issue.

I’ve got 4 products set as featured and they aren’t showing first in the category:

Nor are they showing first on the homepage…?
