Featured image/Thumbnail not showing up in prints/PDF

  • Plugin works great except that the featured image, which is also used as a thumbnail on our theme, does not show up in prints.

    How can I make the thumbnails/featured images appear in the prints?

    For example, the photo of the nurse holding 2 pictures at the top of thhis post does not show up: https://hhsshare.ca/2017/06/nursing-since-1966/
