Featured images too small?

    I am running into a strange issue with my featured images. Some of the images I add end up filling the space as intended, while some of them only show up as 150×150 thumbnails. Nothing is wrong with my images – they are all large, high-quality .jpg files – so I can’t figure out why this is happening to some images and not others. I would greatly appreciate any help you can offer!
