Featured Images not working

There are numerous things involved with uploading images to the server. Check if you are able to upload images via the Media Library in the WP Admin.. if not, you’ll need to get that dialed in before uploading images to your site.

I uploaded a lot of images via the media library already. So i know that’s not the problem. Its only when i try to upload with the plugin on the actual website its not showing up

Have you checked the uploads directory to see if the files are there?

Yes. Only has the images that i uploaded through media library

Are you seeing any PHP notices, warnings, or errors in the server logs?

Not that i see no

I switched to a different theme..twenty fourteen, and everything worked properly..I would like to use my original theme though..No idea why its interfering.

Have a look through the functions.php file (or similar) for anything that may be interacting with files, images, uploads, etc.

I looked saw nothing. If that was the case wouldnt i not be able to upload anything through the media library?

no they operate independently
