But…could it be a Mac issue then? I am not sure. But I am on Safari and it is not showing up. Could something else be the issue?

Mac file output image type is not being supported by your theme, that might be a cause, but the chances is low.

By enabling debug log you can fix that. You have to insert log after each step and by that you can check.
