Featured Images not saving

  • I’m having a problem where I can upload images to insert into posts, but when I select them to be featured images, the bottom of the prompt says “saving” but never changes off that, and does not mark the image as featured.

    Seeing as I run the website for a newspaper, images are pretty important to be visible on the front page. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • I am going to give you the usual suspects… That behaviour is most likely cause by a plugin, so first, disable all your plugins and see if the behaviour is still there, if it is gone, re-enable them one by one till you find the culprit.

    If no plugin is guilty, change your theme to Twenty Ten and try again, if that fixed the problem, dig through your theme looking for incorrectly loaded js.
