Featured Images – Location of Selecting FW

I’m only using the plugin to remove the sidebar of the Holiday Theme. If I had used a feature image it does not display after I use the fw no-sidebar option. I can live with that. I can always use an image. I do use the latest free metaslider plugin. For some reason the template option on the visual designer does not appear under page attributes. Instead it appears in a location above page attribute. FYI

This a great plug in and I appreciate your work very much.
