Featured Images from Custom Post Types Not Showing

  • I am trying to use the WPB Post Grib widget in Elementor. However, for my custom post types, the featured images are not showing, I get a blank space with the gradient fade if I hover.

    Any ideas why?

    I have not updated to elementor 3.0 yet – would that be the reason?
