Featured images for achievements

You have a box to set the featured image at right column if the achievement or rank edit screen (this box is similar to featured image box for posts and pages)

In adition, you can set a default image from the achievement type or rank type edit screen

Probably your theme has not declared support for featured images or is handle them by a custom way:

To check this try switching to one of the default themes provided by WordPress

urls of both pages are the same kind, so it’s not a themes settings

there was line in my theme: add_theme_support( ‘post-thumbnails’, array( ‘post’, ‘page’ ) );
just delete array
