Featured images are uploaded but won’t display

  • Hello All,

    I was wondering if anyone could help me, I’m currently setting up my subdomain, I’m using the woo theme canvas from woo theme and the problem I’m facing is whenever I upload a featured image it won’t display.

    I have already tried cleraring the browser’s cache and deactivating all plugins but nothing has changed so far.

    Can anyone help me?

  • Your theme needs to make use of/include the feature in one or more of it’s Page Templates. What theme are you using? Have you used the ‘live preview’ with the default unedited theme?

    Appearance>Themes>Hover over default theme (Twentyfifteen, Twentysixteen, Twentyseventeen)>Live Preview, visit your post with featured image> See it?

    Yes, but best to ask your theme provider about featured images.
