Featured Imaged and "About the Author Box"

  • Hey Daniel,

    first of all. Thanks for the Plugin and your good support work on it. I already installed it but got 1 or 2 Problems. The “Featured Image” field in the backend does not appear. I already tried to deactivate some other plugins for testing. But it’s still gone.

    The implementation in theme is the second problem. I tried your code for the “Author Boxes” from your blog, but the post disappears after dropping it in. The “simple thing” I was thinking about was that all authors (if author or guest author) are written below the posts. Because I’m not a pro in php I can’t really figuring out some help from the “Template” helping page of the VIP WordPress site.

    Maybe you got some beginners tips to help build in your nice plugin?

    Please try switching your theme to Twenty Fourteen to confirm it isn’t a bug with your theme.

    Co-Authors Plus does require a bit of technical know-how in order to properly integrate it with your theme. At this point in time, it’s not possible to make it as “plug and play” as I’d like. If the instructions are over your head, I’d recommend hiring a developer to make the integration for you.
