Featured Image won't appear

Hello all,

I am having difficulties with my featured image. I have the option to select a featured image, but then it won’t appear in the preview or as a thumbnail before clicking the link to the post. If anyone knows anything about this, it would be great help! I believe I am using an advanced layout builder if that matters.
