Featured image without local save

  • Hello,
    thank you for great plugin. Everything work great. When I set featured image from post content and check Local save, it is set as featured image. It is OK. But I have many posts with same image in post content and I don’t want much more local copy of the same image. Is it possible to set featured image from post content without local save?
