Hello, I’m trying to use this plugin within a Hestia Theme, but it doesn’t work. I am not given the option within the product page to add an productimage via an external URL. Can you help me get it working?
    Kind regards

    Hi @frisianpmc,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Certainly, we would be more than happy to assist you. It appears that our plugin is compatible with the Hestia theme, as I can see the Metabox on the WooCommerce Add/Edit product page.

Could you please provide additional information regarding the issue? A screenshot or screencast would be most helpful for us to better understand the problem you are facing.

    Thank you.

    Hello Harikrut,

Thanks for answering me and you would help me with this problem.

Here’s a screenshot of the productpage.

    https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cCIn3JdoU3bFyISI_pspEvr1m0v7KgmF/view?usp=drive_link

On the rightside there should be the boxes for Featered images with URL en the gallery image with url. But there is nothing to see. In the settings i have marked for product page. Earlier i jused Featered image by URL of Knwat, but they are stopped.

Maybe you would receive more information, i don’t know what you need to see what’s the problem.

    With kind regards.

    Hi @frisianpmc,

In the settings i have marked for product page.?

I think this is the issue. Please uncheck the product from the settings. That setting for the disable “Feature image with URL” feature for the specific post type. Uncheck product there and save settings will fix the issue you.

Apologies, we know that setting is bit confusing, it should be for enable feature. But we have kept it like that to follow the what “Featured image by URL” has in their settings.

Even after this settings changes if the issue not get fixed for you. please check in screen options and make sure that these metaboxes are not unchecked there.

    Thank you.

I have another question. I have my productimages on the Google Drive server and have placed a link as https://drive.google.com/uc?id=1WDML7wYALuPX7chc54Z-tnnjl0JHdfK4&export=view

in the box of featured image by URL, but there is nothing to see. Whats the problem, do you know a solution or is the problem within Google Drive. I can open the link in a browser but not in the plugin.

    With kind regards.

    Hi?@frisianpmc,

Sorry for the delayed response, This is issue from the Google Drive, this URL gives 403 response when we try to add in src of the <img> tag.

Could you please try to use image url in this format https://drive.google.com/thumbnail?id=1WDML7wYALuPX7chc54Z-tnnjl0JHdfK4&sz=w1000 (https://drive.google.com/thumbnail?id=IMAGE_ID&sz=SIZE). It is working fine for me.

Please let me if you face any issue after following this format.

    Thank you.

Thank you for the assistance. I tried it with this link. It works, but the image is very small. It is a thumbnail and it should be an image in e.g. 1600×1600 or the original size of the image. How could I change this in the link?

    With kind regards

    Hi?@frisianpmc,

The sz parameter of the URL indicates the size. So, please use w1600 and you will get image with 1600×1600. https://drive.google.com/thumbnail?id=1WDML7wYALuPX7chc54Z-tnnjl0JHdfK4&sz=w1600.

    Thank you.
