Featured Image Will Not Change

Hi there,
I’ve just started using www.remarpro.com and I’ve been testing with a few pages of my company’s website to see what improvements I can make.
On one page, I want to remove the featured image displayed at the top of the page, but despite removing the image from “featured image” (and even trying to change it) the original image will still display in the preview.
I have a smattering of plugins loaded so it’s possible one of them is causing the issue. I have not tried disabling them yet as I don’t want to cause any damage to the website since they’re used heavily.
