    You can write some custom CSS for this.

    .tutor-ratio-16×9 {
    padding-top: 100.25%;
    }

    Add this CSS in Appearance => customize => additional CSS

    Thanks, the customized CSS worked, displaying the featured image like a square. How can add a CSS to display a vertical image?

    It depends upon your image size, you can change your thumbnail image and check.
