Featured image to open Lightbox

  • Can anyone suggest a plugin that will achieve the following:

    On a blog page I have a mix of articles and video posts. If someone clicks on a video post I want it to open the video in a Lightbox (instead of going to the Post and seeing the video embedded there).

    Any help in achieving this much appreciated!
